We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location and courier partner.
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Customers must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship.
