Refund Policy

All payments on this website are processed via Razorpay, ensuring secure and encrypted transactions.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are issued only after return approval.
• Products must meet return eligibility requirements.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received, we will initiate the refund within 2 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within:

• 5–7 business days for UPI / Debit Cards
• 7–10 business days for Credit Cards
• 7–14 business days for Net Banking

Failed or Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 working days, please contact us with your Order ID and Payment ID.
